Rate notes:
Group rate: The Group Registration option is only available for the following registration classes, Casino Marketing & Technology Conference, Host Development Conference, Mobile Experience & Engagement Training Workshop and Combination registration options. To qualify for the Group Discount four (4) or more people must register using the same registration class, all registrations must be from the same company, must be received at the same time (during the same registration transaction) and use one form of payment (multiple credit cards cannot be used). The Group Registration discount is automatically applied when the minimum group size is reached during the registration transaction.

Cancellations/Substitutions: Registered attendees may cancel up to 30 days prior to the start date of the conference for a full 100% refund and up to 14 days prior to conference start date for a 50% refund. No refund of any type will be provided for cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the event. All cancellations must be made by the registered attendee by contacting BNP Event Registration Services at bnp@executivevents.com. Alternate parties may be substituted at any time without penalty.
